  • In Place Impact certifies select Governments to secure their own approved regions

  • Governments may qualify to benefit from In Place Impact's Scholarship Program on a needs-based basis* 

  • All certifications are granted for a specific municipality, city, state, or country. The number granted is based upon the GDP and the number of commercial enterprises domiciled within them. 

  • Every certified consultant must complete a full week of intensive certification classes. 

  • Every certification is governed by In Place Impact's Licensing agreement.

  • Teams might qualify to benefit from In Place Impact's Scholarship Program on a needs-basis. 

  • Every certification or set thereof is granted for a specific approved region based upon its GDP and the number of commercial enterprises domiciled within it. In larger cities/communities, multiple certifications are available. 

  • Every certified consultant must complete a full week of intensive certification classes. 

  • Every certification is governed by In Place Impact's Licensing agreement.

  • In Place Impact certifies select individuals to secure approved regions of parts thereof, or, to become experts in Leadership and Management through the lens of Profit and Purpose within their organizations

  • Individuals might qualify to benefit from Every In Place Impact's Scholarship Program on a needs-basis* 

  • Every certification is granted for a specific approved region based upon its GDP and the number of commercial enterprises domiciled within it. In larger cities/communities, multiple certifications are available. 

  • Every certified consultant must complete a full week of intensive certification classes. 

  • Every certification is governed by In Place Impact's Licensing agreement.

  • Financing is available**

In sequential order:

  1. Complete the appropriate application (hover over the appropriate box above)

  2. Schedule an hour-long screen share with an IPI executive

  3. Optional visit to Charleston, SC to see Impact Economics in action

  4. Review In Place Impact's Certification and Licensing agreement

  5. Execute the agreements and remit payment 

  6. Go through the initial week-long training 

  7. Become certified 

Scholarships

Scholarships are provided on a need basis and be used to:

  • Onboard additional members of a team

  • Provide an opportunity to for someone you know who needs help

  • Provide an opportunity for someone you do not know who needs help using In Place Impact's Impact matching program

Note: All scholarship applications must be approved by In Place Impact, and all scholarship recipients must complete the initial week of certification classes.

Financing

Because of the purpose of our work, we operate on the bases of trust and transparency. Therefore, we encourage non-employee applicants to choose the payment option that is appropriate based upon their current financial circumstances.

A. The full fee paid upfront

B. 50% of the fee paid upfront, followed by 2 annual installments of $2,500 with no interest

  1. Changing institutionalized behaviors is not easy so although tested and proven to work, embedding Impact Economics in communities can be hard work. However, the financial, purpose and passion rewards can be meaningful.

  2. The cost of an Individual Certification and License is $10,000

  3. Enterprise pricing is available for teams, cities, states, and countries

  4. All certified consultants are required to undergo annual reaccreditation (every 14 months). The cost for non-employees is $2,500. 

  5. Although all Certified Consultants work with all stakeholders, the vast majority of revenues come from working with corporate leaders. 

  6. 15% of all consulting fees are redirected by clients to educational institutions to fund Impact Studies

  7. 5% of all consulting revenues are redirected by clients to charitable trusts that act as local Impact investment funds. 

  8. 5% of all net, non-employee consultant fees are paid to In Place Impact for ongoing training, servicing and support. 

  9. Approved regions are unique to the Certified Consultants working within them. In Place Impact cannot operate in approved regions operated by non-employees and vice versa
