It's not everyday that the City of Charleston SC issues an official proclamation that a specific day is hereinafter named for a person. That is why we are so proud of the fact that March, 29th is now Stuart M. Williams Day.
For the past 12-years Stuart has given so much back to our community and now others are copying his model in other cities and communities around the world.
